OWP Approved, No PoE Letter

Hi everyone, I applied for OWP through Hong Kong under the 'Public policy: Open work permits for Hong Kong recent graduates'

But after I checked on my IRCC account, I was only able to see 1 letter titled as 'validity of your biometric information'. I'd like to know when will I be receiving the Port of Entry letter?

Apart from that, I'd also like to know about having a valid job offer. How do I prove to them that I have a job offer?

Also, how much did you pay? Did you have to get your biometrics or medicals done? If so, can you also provide a rough estimate of when they sent you a request for this and how long after your visa was approved?
