Hi Guys, I would like to ask your expertise please OR if you have the same situation with me. I'm currently holder an IS permit and will graduate this MAY 2025 (2yrs program). My husband is still outside Canada. Can I apply OWP for him after I get my PGWP?

If you have job with paystubs. It is not guaranteed to be approved.

He can apply if you have a job offer and paystubs. Show funds, and he will want to show ties to return too.
