Hi everyone, i am gonna apply for common law sponsorship with OWp together and includinng declaration of common law for OWP , there is a question in declaration saying that " if none of above apply to you , what other documents or evidence to prove we are common law ? " i didnt write anything in there because we have residential lease together, declare common law when filing income tax, have cc together but we dont have property purchase together and i am not under his beneficiary. We already notarized the paper so i dont know should i write a explaination attach with it about other evidences such as trips together and exchanging gifts? Thanks so much everyone , appreciate it a lot and im looking forwrd to any response
 
do we still need to submit ORIGINAL Option C everyone? in Document checklist didnt say it anymore but in sponsorship evaluation still mention including original one so what should i do ? please help so annoying they say different thing
 
No. You can print out the Notice of Assessment off of the CRA website after logging into your account. They updated the requirement on the checklist without changing it in the sponsor's forms.

Proof of common-law is anything you can use to show you've been living together for a year, including bills in both of your name or an apartment lease in both of your names, anything that shows you live at the same address. You need at lease something.
