My study permit expired a year ago during the time of for me to renew i tried to renew but i was 16years old then and requied a custodianship form in which was not signed properly this lead to me not being able to reapply before the 3 month grace,by the time i got it signed i still applied but i was told it couldn't be processed if i was still in Canada and would have to leave canada to reapply, buy the time i got the mail i had already overstayed for one year,i left immediately i got this mail back to my country,i have recently just reapplied and i am terrified i might not be granted,so my question is would i be granted a study permit so i can go continue my Studies because now it is at a haul due to the study permit expiration? Do i at least have a chance or it is not likely i would be granted?

It's hard to say what will happen. If you studied while you were out of status in Canada (you should have stopped studying as soon as the application was returned to you the first time and you were told the custodianship form wasn't signed properly), then this will reduce your chances of being approved. All you can do is wait and see what happens.
