(I Know this is a duplicate thread but this is one with better dates and facts in it. I really ned your input on this.)

This might be long but i need somebody's help on this. we came here in 13 oct 2015, My Mum, Dad and I. My dad came here on a work permit and my mum on a study permit. My brothers were already here doing college. I came on a TRV which was valid till april 2016, I was also a dependant to my mother because i was 17 at the time. Keep in my my parents took care of my immigration paper and didnt really let me know what was happening.

So from april 2016 i was overstaying, I was notified to leave and renew my visa or something along those lines. My parents ignored that because they didnt want me going back to my home country (dumb of them, i know) i went on to overstay all the way till sept 2016 when our lawyer applied for a TRP we got the acceptance letter in March 2017, it was valid till September 2017.

Our lawyer told my parents that i should leave so i can apply for an extension but they ignored that again. They got a new lawyer and asked if there was a way i can extend it without leave the country and she said yes. She put in an application and it got denied due to me overstaying and it said i was inadmissible as well.
They didnt let me know why i was inadmissable, probably due to not obliging when they asked me to leave the country.

It was also included in the Letter that i should leave as soon as possible or they will take steps to remove me. So im flying back home this week and my lawyer is going to try and apply for a study permit for me but i really dont know my chances of my application getting accepted.

I just found all of this out from my parents a few days ago and im lost. This place already feels like home.

I have a few questions.
From all these dates Ive provided, can you tell me how long i have overstayed for?
What are the chances of my Study permit getting accepted?
Will the immigration take into consideration that it was all my parents doing and not mine?
What is your advice?
Does having a TRP cure your overstay?

You were overstaying (i.e. in Canada illegally) from April 2016 to March 2017 - and then again from September 2017 until now. No - the TRP doesn't magically fix your overstays or make them go away.

None of us here can tell you what your chances are of having a study permit approved. Once you return to your home country, I would recommend you remain there for 6-8 months before attempting to apply for a study permit.

Your answers was provided on the other thread you had posted last week. Regardless on how many times you ask, the answers will the same.

No one here can tell you if you will get your study permit approved. You will have to apply and declare the overstay and hope for the best.
