I am writing to seek guidance and clarification on a matter related to my previous immigration status and potential options for reentry to Canada. In 2016, I arrived in Canada on a student visa to pursue a diploma in business accounting. Unfortunately, I did not complete my studies and returned to India in 2017. Subsequently, in June 2018, I reentered Canada to enroll in a different college. However, I did not apply for a new student visa, as I was instructed by an immigration officer to leave the country. Despite this, I chose to stay and work in Canada. With the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, my situation became more complex. I eventually left Canada voluntarily on August 24th, 2022. Importantly, I was not subject to deportation or any legal actions during my stay in Canada. Can I apply for a visitor visa and come back
