So I submitted PR application Jan 2024 and haven't received anything yet but my dependents overseas received an email asking for medical and additional documents today which is April 20th 2026! Is this a good sign? How long after submitting documents should I expect my PR to be approved? Share your experience please

I’m not sure how the process works
I have Ecorp and my dependent is yet to get a medical request.
my dependent received request for additional documents after I passed eligibility.
Did the medical request come in a separate email from that of additional documents.
yes it is a positive sign can you confirm that request is from outside visa office or cpc miss..?
We don’t have Ecopr. Not even eligibility since Jan 2024 that we applied. But my dependent overseas received an email today asking for additional documents. They mentioned they will send a seperate email for medical and biometrics soon. But they specifically said you have to add medical and biometrics letter on the same email, so I am guessing they will send medical and biometrics soon for us to attach to the email. They gave us 30 days to respond only. Did you receive the same letter?
It's from the Ankara visa office for overseas dependents. They gave us 30 days to respond with all documents they need. They will send a desperate letter for medical and biometrics but they stated you have to add those to that email too. I guess those will be sent soon. I am not sure if everyone else is in the same situation.

The additional documents request my minor dependent recieved about a month ago didn’t say anything about Medicals

No. Except for pre-arrival back in 2025 nothing for the principal applicant. Dependents overseas were asked to do medical and biometrics toda and provide some additional documens. Feels like a miracle!!!!
No it's different. Eligibility and security still in progress on our application.
i think there is some confusion pre arrival letter only sent after eligibilty passed you can ask chatgpt also
