I`ve started this topic for people with similar cases like ours, described below, regarding processing times for AINP within Canada:

Since March 2013 our Ecas never changed into "in process" and processing time for PNP at this embassy is 16 months, which at this moment is exceeded.We contacted the MP and the answer was that we should still wait because this timeline doesn`t apply to every case.MP office said that will call again the embassy at the end of April and we should not try to contact the embassy so that we don`t bother them.
We asked GCMS notes in December that shown Medical
assed,Criminality:in process,Security and Eligibility:not started and also we sent 2,3 emails during the last 6 months which they replied with the standard answer.
Does anybody know what we can do more to find out a deadline for this killing process?
Any similar situations?....even if there are at different embassy...
