Hey.. My overall score for express entry -Canadian experience class IS 264. I have no LMIA but i have a permanent job offer under a manageable position from the NOC list which I have had 2 years work experience with in Canada. I have a score of 8 on my IELTS test. Would this be enough to qualify for permanent residence?

With that score it would be impossible to ever obtain an ITA.
If you've had any kind of formal education your score shouldn't be that low.
a) If you studied outside of Canada, have you gotten your credentials assessed?
b) If you studied in Canada, did you take the education points when calculating your CRS?
