OVER SEVEN MONTHS AWAITING RESPONSE FROM IRCC

Good morning, I'm Lola. My husband and I applied for PR to Canada. We submitted all required documents in February 2019. The 6 months wait ended August 15th 2019. We only heard from IRCC concerning uploading a new passport for my husband since the one he used to apply would expire in September. Up until now, we haven't heard much from them except that our application was on queue and we should be patient. I had to resign from my job in July, thinking by August, all would have worked out and by September we would be in Canada, but God knows best. We're still here, waiting for a positive response. According to them, all our documents have been verified and confirmed, and they needed the new passport profile to make their final decision, this was three days to the end of the 6 months wait. We don't know our visa office and need help in finding out where it is, so we can contact them and follow up.Please, I'd appreciate a response and apologies for the long post. Thanks in advance.
