hello my sister's file is filing from canada may-17.they confirm Sponsor Approval . canadian embassy send file to delhi for further process on dated 21.11.17.Now what is process remaining and how much time it will take ?

no one can really say -- every application is different. processing times are within12 months. you can search for the visa office specific thread to get a a better idea of timelines for that VO. as to what is left remaining, it depends, there could be more documents required, an interview, who knows -- you can suggest that they order their notes as well (there is a thread with how to do this) to get more information on their application.
