Outland Spouse Visa submitted January 2020

My wife's spouse visa application was received by Ircc on 10th January 2020 and her biometrics and medical records reached ircc on 24th February 2020.however after that there has been no update. As it was a paper based application I am not able to link the same through online account. My Canadian based immigration agency says the case was pending for security check, this was back in April 2020. Does anyone have any idea how much more time will it take?

1. You should be able to link the application using the application number. All spousal applications are on paper, and all can be linked.

2. No one is sure of current timelines given COVID-19.

same for me I applied for my wife's PR in jan, no update after April, I submitted her biomatrix fee.
