Outland Spouse\Cousin Sponsorship IMM5532e Part B and C

I am a Canadian citizen living in Canada wanting to sponsor my spouse, who is also my first cousin, living in the United States. We were married legally in a small ceremony at our grandparents place by a pastor in September of 2017 and our religious ceremony and all traditional wedding events are planned for July 2018. We are filling out the sponsorship paperwork and are confused by parts B and C on IMM5532e.

Confusion for Part B:
We have our grandparents, cousins, aunts and uncles living here in the Toronto area. We cannot list everyone to whom both of us are related nor can we list all of her other relatives living in Canada. There isn't enough space. Does anyone have any experience with out to fill this section out.

Confusion for Part C:
We are not sure how to answer part C either as we have known each other for a very long time. I am older than her and technically we met each other a couple hours after she was born. Or perhaps the next day. Again, if anyone has experience with this, your help would be greatly appreciated.

Everything else so far has been fairly straightforward to fill out. Just the information regarding the circumstances of our meeting and our relations/relatives is fairly confusing. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

This is for Part B section 2, what about for section 1, do we need to include subset of the list in section 2? From my understanding, under the Immigration And Refugee Protection Regulations SOR/2002-227, which regulates this form, family members are spouses/common law. dependent child and dependent child of dependent child. The form states, before this relationship, was your sponsor related to you in any way? eg related to a family member or the spouses family member is related to a family member. I believe the answer to this question in no. Am I correct?

We are just being literally honest and saying I met her the day she was born at the hospital and was introduced to her by her mother.

If you are first cousins, the answer to that question is absolutely yes. This question is referring to any family member, not just your immediate family. Note the table corresponding to the question mentions previous in-laws as being included as well, that's your clue that it's not just referring to your spouse and kids.
