Hi. Good day. I am a Filipina with a valid visitor’s visa. My husband and 3 kids are all Canadian Citizens. I have been visiting Quebec, Canada since 2016. I was granted a multiple entry Visitor’s visa from 2017-2022. I am currently in Canada and we will be going back to the Philippines this month because my visa has expired and I need to exit the country with my family. My question is, does anybody here know where we can apply for the Outland Spousal Sponsorship in Manila? And how long usually, is the processing time and how much is it gonna cost for the application? We are planning on going back to Canada on July, will I be able to travel back with my family while my application is being processed? Thank you so much.

Processing time is approximately 12 months and the estimated costs are around $1,500 once you factor in fees and the medical.
Yes - you can travel back to Canada as long as you have a valid TRV. I assume you have been applying to extend your visitor status every six months during your stay in Canada and have always kept your status in Canada legal.
