Outland spousal application in process and visiting canada

We applied outland spousal application in april 2019. My spouse is now in Canada on visitor visa.
Do we need to update the address to canadian address ?
does updating address will move file from ndvo visa office to inside canada office ?

Updating the address will not move the file to a Canadian visa office. Updating the address will also not change any interview requirements.

If the spouse is no longer living at the previous address, you MUST update the address.

Okay, if she's not "living" in India any longer you still need to update the address. If she's still living in India, but only visiting Canada, you don't.
