Outland Sponsorship U.S, Permanent Residency?

Hi everyone,

I'm trying to bring my wife from USA, Sponsorship Package is easy paperwork but
someone told me I need to send all of these at the same time,

Sponsorship
Permanent Residency
Open Work Permit

But the PR application(imm5444e) is where I get confused, it assumes my wife is already in Canada but she isn't, since she's in USA right now.

Questions like,
Date you became a permanent resident of Canada? She isn't.
Your current residential address in Canada? none shes in USA.
Place you became a permanent resident of Canada? she isn't thats why im gettting this no?

Can someone shed some light on this?

Follow the checklist. IMM5444 isn't on it for a reason.

She can't apply for an OWP because she is not applying inland.

Doing it,

Looking at the information, doesn't tell me if my spouse will be able to work with just the sponsorship or do I need to file the Open Work visa too?

The OWP is for inland applicants only and allows the applicant to work while the application is processing. Permanent residents can work in Canada just like Canadian citizens and require no additional work permits.

I'm kinda of stun because, it's a certified immigration agency that said we needed those. And they wanted to charge us 4k+ to do it themselves.

Great so I just need to follow the Sponsorship Package, send CSQ(Application for selection Certificate Quebec A-0520-DA) at the same time and wait for the results.

You can't send the CSQ app at the same time. You need to wait for it to be requested.
