Outland Sponsorship / Middle name on application form

Hello Everyone,

I would like to ask on all the application package of Outland spouse sponsorship if i have to put my wife's middle name on all of her application form? right next to the first name?

please advice.

You put her name EXACTLY as it appears in her passport.
