Outland Sponsorship but moved to Canada during- Change interview to in Canada?

Hi guys, I am sponsoring my husband outland but during he will be coming to Canada on the visa. I am wondering if I can move the interview to Canada. Should we seek dual intent for this case?

If there's an interview required - it will be held in your home country and you'll need to attend in person. It cannot be moved to Canada.

Sorry - that should read that your husband will need to attend in person since he's being sponsored (not you).
