Hi there I hope you will help me with this.. My Canadian sitisent spouse is sponsoring me and we are both leaving in Greece. I would like to ask you the following questions
1)From the time that our application will be accepted what is the validate period we have to enter Canada?
2) Can we delcare that we will realocate to Canada after 5 years or there are some rectricted regulations we need to follow..

The Confirmation of Permanent Residence will have an expiry date that is linked to the medicals. It's generally a year after the medicals were done.

As a citizen living abroad, they must prove their intent to reside in Canada. Showing that you will reside in Canada in 5 years time is a great way to get your application refused and be told to reapply when you are ready.
