Can my sponsered partner enter canada during her application process?

if so, does she need a seperate tourist visa, or does she have some kind of application entry visa.

can she return to her home in china, and then return back to canada

what are her rights to enter and exit canada during her conditional permanent residency application process.

thanks for your help

IF she can get a visitor visa, she can enter. Apart from that, she has no special rights or privileges. She will ONLY be a visitor.

Can I apply for an outland spousal sponsership if my commonlaw is in canada on a visitor visa.

why does the inland sponsership process take longer then the outland process, and why
can the applicant not leave canada during the process. What about family emergencies in other countries, how can
expect applicants to remain in canada during the whole process, excpecially since inland takes longer then outland.

If you are expecting to have to leave the country, don't apply inland.

How long is the Inland application compared with the outland application process. And more specifically, say I travel with my sponsered spouse to canada on her visitor visa, and then apply for inland application, how long until she recieves her temporary sin number and can work,(first stage of application). She would like to work, its her independent style, so I would like to figure out what way will allow her to work the fastest.

I understand, because when people come to a new country, its a great way to begin to integrate in to a new culture is with employment.

also if application is successful, and she recieves her conditional permanent residency card, does that offer me more freedoms of travelling to her home country of china.

thanks

You will have to check processing times for your country to know how quick the Outland process would be. Inland takes close to 2 years. You won't be allowed to work until first stage processing is complete and only if you included an open work permit with the application. This will take about 12 months. Check processing times online for a more exact response.

If we apply for outland visa , we are both in china, I am canadian citizen, can she then come to canada on a visitor visa, but still maintain the outland process.

also if the bejing office requests interview, do we have to travel back to bejing.

also, once the first part of process is done, and the bejing visa office asks for passport, but she is canada, I guess she just mails her passport to bejing, and wings it in canada without passport. If. The desision is made for conditional pr, can she immediatley go to a landing site and be readmitted, and also, can she then immeditely get her open work permit, before she actually recieves her card.....

thanks

Applying Outland will not permit her to get an open work permit.

If applying Outland, and if she can get a visitor visa, then yes, she can come to Canada and visit. It can be difficult to get a visitor visa though.

If in Canada and she requires an interview, then yes, she will have to go back to china for the interview. If there is no interview required then she can just mail her passport, as long as China doesn't have any rules about mailing passports internationally.

Currently, Beijing is currently listed as 9 month for completing spousal sponsorship for 80% of applicants, so that is quite fast. You will be far better applying Outland than doing an inland app. She will have her pr before you would even have sponsor approval for inland, if she applies Outland.
