Outland/RE: Application Terminology

Afternoon, everyone. My fiance and I are getting married on the 23rd, we're looking at the application just to see what's in it. I do not currently have a passport, but I do have a state issued Enhanced Driver's License. When the application asks for a valid travel document, that would apply right? It's accepted at the border.
