About to submit the application for spousal sponsorship . But need some help
1) on work permit and wife is Canadian. We both do a business together. I have work permit and a multiple entry visa until next year march.
2) wll try to get the file processed in OTTAWA instead of New Delhi .(CIC over phone told me I have to explain to the immigration officer in Missisauga as to why I need the file to be processed in OTTAWA) which we would do . Lets suppose they agree to process the file in OTTAWA.
Then can I travel ? I mean can I go outside Canada and come back before my visa expires? Or is there any complication to it ?
