Hello, I want to ask that:

1) I had completed and signed the Form IMM5406e, but my son also has to sign it? (my son is not going to accompany me to Canada) or he has to complete and sign a fresh IMM5406e form?

2) my child is under 18 yrs old, can I sign on behalf of him?

As stated in the guide, only dependents 18 years old and over fill out forms.
