Hello beautiful folks,

I am currently working in Mexico and preparing for common law/outland.

Since my current job is related with my legal status in Mexico, I have some doubts regarding my work period.

I started to work from Jul 2017 but as a tourist while my company was preparing all the process of working visa application.

So this took around 2 months so officially I starte from Sep not Jul.

If I get an employment certificate, it will say my starting date is Sep 1st and the date of issue of my visa is like around Aug since it was issued before I started to work "officially".

My bank statement will show I was paid from Jul(w/o pay stub) and I also have an informal letter from the company, which was required in order to rent a house.

But still, those will not make my two months legal nor be proved with my visa..

So in this situation, should I go with my official work period or real one?

You go with the truth. Lying is misrepresentation.
