Update:

My bf (canadian sponsor) got spousal approval july 7th.

The email says they have or will request schedule A in 5 working days. Havent received anything yet.

Could someone please update the timeline ❤

5 working days? To me that takes you to Friday the 14th.

He got sponsor approval - they say 5 business days but it can sometimes take more. make sure that youre regularily checking your email and gckey for requests

We never got the additional instructions, and a lot of people do not seem to, so we just mailed Schedule A

usually is schedule a as well as police check.. you can always call CIC and verify what documents they are looking for... for us they requested schedule a and new photos... our police check was sent upfront

Oh yes I was just saying, this was months ago for us we got AOR2 months ago, I just meant they often never send the additional instructions on submitting schedule a so we went ahead and mailed at the time

definitely but its always better to call CIC first and verify what documents they have actually requested... they have now requested THREE schedule As from us.. .all different versions... (two requests came from our local VO)
