Outland Application still mail to Mississauga?

We are getting married soon in Brazil and will be ready to submit application to
sponsor and immigrate.
Can I mail the whole kit and caboodle directly to Sao Paulo? Or would I still mail it to
Mississauga where they will clear the sponsorship and then forward to Sao Paulo?
I believe I read on this forum that regarding outland applications and Brazil they will do everything
at the Sao Paulo office. If I indeed read that here I can not find it again so can someone please advise?

For outland applications you must mail the entire package to Mississauga. Once the Mississauga stage of processing is completed - they will forward it to the regional/country office.

This seems the obvious answer but I believe I remember reading that the Sao Paulo office
could in fact process the sponsor application too. It will be a few months before we're even
married so I still have time to discover this option if it does indeed exist.

Yes after a whack of more research I do believe that the Sao Paulo office processing the sponsorship is in fact a myth.
I will consider this a sealed deal. Thanks everyone for your help!

Yes for sure We are processing through Sao Paulo and the sponsorship was done in Mississauga. Sao Paulo visa office is one of the good ones, though..they have treated us very well so far. Good luck!
