outland application questions

Hi all
Thanks to everyone who has already helped me with questions..this site is very helpful. I have decided to go to England to be with my fiance and get married there. My question is this: Can we apply for outland while we are both in England? Do I have to be in Canada? We don't want to be apart any longer and we are considering staying in England indefinitely rather than be apart at all. I would imagine that we shouldn't have any problems staying there together as we will get married (at least I hope not) but I wasn't sure if we could apply together overseas.

If you are a citizen, you can apply to sponsor while you are in England but you would have to provide proof that you are exclusively living in England and that you are planning on returning to Canada when the PR comes through. You would have to show proof of your intent to return to Canada. Your other option would be to say that you are not exclusively living in England but only visiting.
