outland application but waiting for visa in canada

I applied outland but waiting it out here in Canada. My passport is now currently in CIC Manila as they requested for it 3 weeks ago. I requested all mails to be sent to our address here in Vancouver. Today I received a mail requesting for a Police Certificate from overseas (FBI POL CERT). I did send them a police clearance (NBI) from my country together with my application last April 15, 2010. My question is, the police clearance from overseas that they are requesting, could it be from where I am currently staying? I have only been in Vancouver for 2 months. And I already sent them a police clearnce from the Philippines which has a 6 months validity (dated March 2, 2010). I hope somebody out there can help me. Thank you

Sometimes they over look some things.Send them an email stating you have already included one from your home country and state you have not been in Canada long enough to get one.
