Outland and working permit

hello to everyone
I can't say enough about how much this forum has helped me in this really hard and stressful process.
I have one more question. Me and my husband have decided to go outland even though we will go to Canada together. What i was wondering is.. is there any way when we send our app for PR we can also send an app for a working permit because he has to start working as soon as posible...

No open work permit is granted with the outland process.

If he wishes to work in Canada before he becomes a PR, then he will first have to find an employer in Canada who is willing to offer him a job, that employer will then have to obtain an approved Labour Market Opinion and ony then will he be able to apply for a work permit.
