Outland and inland application at the same time.

Guys - one question since my spuse sponsorship outland application is in process at LVO ...at the same time can I apply for inland application as well and if inland application moves fast or owp is approved then I can cancel outland application..any suggestions and experience pls

No - you can't.

You can only have one spousal sponsorship application in progress at one time.

If you want to submit an inland application, you must first withdraw / cancel the outland application before you can submit the inland application.
