Outbound application address change in canada

I was wondering how would i go about informing CIC about my address changing in Canada. My wife and i Will be staying with my parents once we get to Canada.they just moved to a 3 bedroom apartment in the same building. Because my application is Outbound what do in this situation. that application was send in Aug/13/2010.

You could change the sponsor's residential address and the applicant's MAILING address, but don't change the applicant's residential address. The applicant may be in Canada visiting during the processing of an application, but they can't reside in Canada until they have PR status.
