Hi! I went out of status in Canada last year because my LMO was released after my 90 days grace period, I voluntarily exit after over staying for 3 months (I made an appeal several times for them to reconsider my application thus overstaying for 3 months). I applied for a Temporary Resident Visa outside Canada using my LMO but got a refusal and was suspended for 6 months for overstaying. My employer rehired me and sent me a new LMO and right now I'm already eligible to apply as 6 months had already passed since I got suspended for applying for a TRV and WP. I would like to ask if my record of overstaying is going to affect my new application, would I be given a chance to work again in Canada?

Please help and enlighten me. Thank you!

Yes, it will have fairly big impact as you on your last entry overstayed, so the Visa Office is going to wonder if you will overstay again.
