Hi
I am here on visitor visa which expires on 20 Nov 2018.
I applied for extension before that and an on 15 march I got letter that extension refused and need to leave country ( I applied extension before and easily get it )
I am very stressed out the worst news ever heard
I have a question
Can I apply for my restoration of my status ????
On CIC website it's written if the extension refused ,you can apply for Restoration with in 90 days ....but I am still confused
Can I apply for inland common law application in this situation ,I am living with my partner from 3 years or more ,I have a proof

What exactly did your refusal letter say? We would need to see what your letter said to let you know if you can apply for restoration.

This letter refers to your application for a Visitor Record. Based on your application and accompanying documentation that you have provided, I have carefully considered all information and I am not satisfied that you meet the requirements of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act and Regulations. Your application as requested is therefore refused. Persons wishing to extend temporary resident status in Canada must satisfy an officer that they will leave Canada by the end of the period authorized for their stay, that they will not contravene the conditions of entry and that they do not belong in a category of persons inadmissible to Canada under the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act. In reaching a decision, an officer considers several factors, which include the applicant’s: 1. Reason for original entry and reason for requested extension; 2. Ties to country of permanent residence, including: - employment and study commitments; - - family ties and responsibilities; status (citizenship or immigration status); 3. Financial means for the extended stay and return home; 4. Travel and identity documents; 5. Probability to leave Canada at the end of authorized stay. After considering all the circumstances of your case, I am not satisfied that you meet the requirements of the Act and Regulations. You must leave Canada on or before the expiry of your current document or, if your document has already expired you must leave Canada immediately. Failure to do so could result in enforcement action being taken against you.

I have my exam in may it's two days exam ( I got visiting visa on that base)
I always get my extension on the basis of that ( I show them I need to write exam ,there are 4 exam and i am on my third) ,this time I received the confirmation letter from that council late so I didn't attach with my extension application
But now I also have the proof that I am writing my exam
