Dear all,

I am leaving abroad for 1 month. So can I mail my local CHC informing about this? I am afraid that if they send me anything by mail, there are some chances that I might not get them when I come back after my out station trip.

Can I mail CHC telling about my out of station period and requesting them either not to send me anything by post during this time or e mail me to inform me in case they are sending anything by post? Is it too much to ask this from CHC? Can it delay the processing of my application?

Anyone who has faced this situation please guide. I dont want to miss any documents or when I come back, I face very short deadline of any sort. I have sent my medicals and waiting for RPRF and PPR

Thanks

If it is so necessary to leave the country for one month and as you are afraid that any communication will get lost during your absence, that is your own problem which should be locally solved. CHC will not listen to any such request and it is useless to ask them to hold your correspondances. You can make some one responsible to rececive your mail on behalf, by a letter of authorisation to your postmaster. However, you have to find a solution yourself for this matter.

Raj, u can also notify the CHC about your temp. absence duration; and advise them to communicate [if any] with u electronically, during this period [thru emails].
