OUT OF COURT SETTLEMENT

I applied for study,it was denied, (Misrepresentation) i went for judicial review which was painful on my pocket (CAN5000) now they sending my application back for re-determination by another officer quashing previous decision which includes visa denial and 5 yrs ban. Please does any knows how long it takes, and do i need to submit all documentation again,or previous documents will be used ?
I need you guys inputs please.

I honestly doubt you're going to get an answer from someone who has been in the same scenario. Your situation is extremely rare/unique. Good luck.

People say that ,but I remain positive. Cant really explained why i was denied in the first place since 5/11/2015 went to court to fight it and won, not it has been sent back

I was told i misrepresented myself of which is not true. I was not given a fair hearing as to why there was cancellation on my passport

If ur decision was sent for review then the court must hav found the previous vo's decision shaky otherwise if there was something u had misrepresented, the court wouldnt hv sent it back. I am wondering, didnt u hire a lawyer for ur court case to represent u? If so, then he should be able to guide u ahead.

@Natash12345 I got CAIPs note 5 months back and that was what my lawyers used. ( Case had been won)
@Farko I never submitted anything fake,but just a suspicion ( a cancelled permit on my passport from Home office) (If it was fake i wont be so stupid in showing it off to the VO , actually it was just an immaterial document which was not needed,but the VO used it against me ....but God know am not wrong .
@re3dv..............well said I did hired a lawyer ($4500) for the process) now hes looking for another $3000 to guide me ahead. (eating into my finances for school (I cant )

i got settlement in 2 weeks and then file reopened in 30 days now waiting decision, details in my signature,,, it was without lawyer, all learnt from court website, took 2 months to learnt , slowly slowy started and then yes i won it without lawyer, Alhamdolillah, study permit from UAE
