Hi, My spouse has completed 1095 days in Canada. We wish to apply for her Canadian citizenship. She recieved PhD from one of the universities in India. Her complete education throught BSc, MSc and PhD was in english. She has all certificates/transcripts to prove it. She did not appear for IELTS (due to COVID situation). Can someone tell us if her education in english is suffucient for citizenship application or she must get IELTS score?
Thanks,

They work fine. Any post-secondary degree or diploma in English is eligible. As long as the certificate mentions that medium of instruction is English. I believe most of certificates from India are already in English anyway.

My spouse also didn't have IELTS, we used degree certificate and transcripts, and received AOR. Good luck!

Hi,

Did you submit the original degrees or the copies only? If you sent the original degrees then have you got those back after AOR?

Thank you.

Only copies are to be sent. Original will be examined during the interview.
