Out-dated certified documents for PR

I submitted an application for PR 5 years ago but it was returned due to cap limit reached. I still have the package with translated and certified copies of my birth certificate (done in 2014). Can I still use them in my new application that I want to submit in a few weeks or I need to get new translated and certified copies?.
