Hi there,

Does anyone know if the processing time starts from the date you originally applied to Buffalo (mine was 29 June 2011) OR the date it arrived in Ottawa from Buffalo for permanent residence though the BCPNP or any other applications.

I've just been informed it was the later of the two,if that's the case, then theres a LOT of people needing to renew there Visas, medicals, criminal checks !!

Please say it not true !!!

Any information would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks Paul

i don't know what your ecas says, but if it says "Meds Received" then it should be fine....then you're passed, and crim check should be done by this time as well.

other than that,...yes....i have seen a couple of people redoing their medicals, but not their pcc.

that's all i know.

Thank you very much for the reply

My ecas says "meds received" and I sent my crim checks in at the same time,my concern it that there doesnt seem to be a timeline for Ottawa AND was informed the wait time starts when my application was transfered and receved at Ottawa rather than in Buffalo last June.

Thanks again for your information anymore would be appreciated
