Ottawa Case Processing Pilot Timeline

Hello everyone:

I applied for my parents sponsorship back in 2009 and recently sent the CIC additional documents. I have just received a letter that my sponsorship application has been approved and the file is being sent to Ottawa CPP. I wonder what the next steps are and how long it would take for my parents to receive the files and do the meds? Can anyone share their timeline, or give me additional info on this, please? I appreciate it.
