just wanna ask if there's any program for the tfw parents that has canadian citizen baby? Is there any chance to stay here longer? we wanted to grow up our baby here but our contract will be expired soon.

Nothing. Your child is a Canadian Citizen and always will be. But, as stated, this does not automatically let YOU become a PR or give you rights to stay in Canada.

I think when the kid grows up, and make enough money here. He can decide to sponsor you two under parents sponsorship.
But that's in the very far future.
