Hi guys,

we are at the very start of our application process so apologies if there are questions asked which have been answered many times.
Really looking for some advice,
I do not have a university degree at the moment but high school certificate as well as over 10 years experience within Human Resources/recruitment. My husband and I plan to move to Canada with our one year old little boy.
When estimating what our points would be, they are coming in at around 350. I know that this is much lower than the scores which are being invited to apply etc.

I have cousins in Canada who are citizens but no immediate siblings/parents etc.

My questions are
Is it still possible to be accepted if my points were infact 350

what other options of immigration would potentially work for us aside from study permit ?
Thanks in advance

Receiving an invitation directly from the Express Entry / Federal Skilled Worker program is not feasible for you at this time. You would need to increase your score by 100+ for that to be possible.

With such a low score, you'll need to research the PNP programs to see if one of those is an option. Right now several provinces are only open to candidates who are working in the province or have job offers in the province. Others, like Ontario, have points cut offs that are too high for you to be selected. You'll want to research if your occupation is in demand in any of these provinces. I would also recommend that you focus on options for increasing your score. 350 is very low and this means your chances of making your immigration dream a reality are likely very low as well.

You can find links to the PNP programs here (scroll to the bottom of the page). Each province has its own rules and requirements.
