Other countries to travel while 5 year travel ban

I got a travel ban for 5 years misrepresentation for not declared previous usa visa rejection.

My question is, what countries know about this ban? Within this travel ban which countries i should not apply visa for?
I know usa ans Australia can't. What else? Please help.

Is japan and schengen visas too affecting? I plan to travel japan and France but scared. (I have been to japan and france before this travel ban though)
