Original pdf police certificate or scanned copy?

Hello everyone.

I have submitted my documents for PR under express entry. I received the USA police certificate both by email and mail. But I submitted the original pdf that came by email, not the scanned copy (this version can be modified by pdf tools, but the scanned copy is like an image and can not be changed). I am wondering that might be an issue. Do I need to raise a Webform inquiry and send the scanned version?

Also, I didn't include my IELTS result with my degree and WES documents. I read somewhere we need to send it. But I thought since I gave them my test report number, they can access to my result. Is it right?

I'm not inclined to answer the first question, but they will ask you to upload a copy of your IELTS certificate by and by. This can be short-cut by uploading it with your WES certificate, but if you haven't they will ask for it.
