Just received Email - Online Application

Original Passport Request.
Does that mean the visa is granted?
stating that they reach final decision and they request the passport.

I applied 7 May and got the email today 20 May ( 13 Days)

yes your visa is granted and they just emailed you to ask your passport so that they can put the grand visa sticker.

I just want to know if she applied for USA visa, do you think the possibility will be high since she is granted CAN visa ?
i wanted to drive to NY.

This is her first trip to Canada, she been to Saudi Arabia for a visit once.

Any idea?

If she could get Canadian visa, that's mean her application meet all requirements for tourist visa so she has a chance to get US visa as well.
