In the OWP application it asks for "original entry" and "most recent entry." Does original entry refer to when my spouse (PA) entered Canada the first time EVER? Because that would have been as a child (he's American and crossed the border multiple times to visit family). Is he really expected to know the date of his first crossing into Canada as a child?
