Original Documents Required For Test/Interview - Minor

Hello Guys,

I am planning to bring the following original documents of my 5 year old son.

1) Current and Expired Passport

2) COPR

3) PR Card

4) Health Card

5) SIN Card

6) His Birth Certificate


Did I missed anything?

I have sent CIC my son's original School Record and unfortunately I forgot to take a photocopy of the same. Would it create any issues?
