Original documents for outland spousal visa

Hi,

My husband is a Canadian pr and I am in India. We checked the country specific requirements for documents to be submitted for India. I could find only copies to be submitted. But one of my husband's friends has submitted original 10th std certificate of his wife who is also in India. I am really worried on submitting my original documents of my credentials which seems to be risky. Request your guidance on documents needed to be submitted in originals and in copies

You do not have to submit any documents in original unless asked for. The only document that is sent as a original copy is the Police Clearance Certificate.
