Hi

What if any original documents need to be sent in with the spousal visa application?
Do any documents need to be certified or notarized?

Specifically I am interested in the birth certificate, passport, marriage certificate, previous finalized divorce decreement, and any documents the sponsor may have to turn in?

Thanks in advance

"When all else fails, read the instructions"

Look at the checklist, http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/IMM5491E.PDF it says photocopies for most documents.

Thank you
