Original Certificates with CHC

Does anybody know how long CHC retains original certificates submitted for verification?
I submitted my original educational and work experience certificates to CHC in Nov 2010 and haven't received them back till date. Wondering how long it will take to get it back.

Hi, in my application, i had only submitted ORIGINAL PCC and IELTS certificate.
In which i only received back IELTS certificate along with MEDICAL REQUEST papers.
