Ordering GSCM Notes via Canadian Friend

Dear Seniors and other members!

I've got a friend of mine living in Toronto and she is willing to help me in ordering GSCM notes.
What are the steps? What should I do to make CIC release these notes to her. While submitting my application I haven't indicated any representatives.

You don't need to list your friend as a representative on your application to order GCMS notes. All you need to do is go to ATIP website https://atip-aiprp.apps.gc.ca/atip/welcome.do and download a consent form, fill it up, sign it, scan it and send it to your friend. Your friend then fills out the online form, attaches your consent, pats 5 dollars and done. Your GCMS arrives to your friend's email address.
